PIN IT FOR LATER!

If you need some more Asian inspired recipes in your dinner rotation, then you have to give this amazing Blackstone beef stir fry a try! Cooked in a homemade teriyaki sauce, this takeout inspired beef and broccoli stir fry is downright delicious. The fresh ginger in the sauce just takes it to the next level of YUM!

This is kind of similar to our beef and broccoli recipe, except this one includes super tasty noodles, extra veggies and a few different elements of flavor. Blackstone stir fry is like bringing the hibachi into your own home. A total game changer and yet it’s so so easy to make. You’re going to love this recipe!

Why You’ll Love this Blackstone Beef Stir Fry

  • This is a complete meal all on its own! Veggies, protein and a carb all tossed in a delicious sticky sweet and savory sauce.
  • Making takeout inspired meals at home saves money in the long run. You’ll love this budget friendly beef stir fry on Blackstone.
  • Clean-up is super quick when you make dinner on the Blackstone. It’s one of our main reasons why we cook dinner on the flat top griddle whenever we have the chance!

Ingredients for Blackstone Beef Stir Fry

  • Flank steak – Flank steak cooks really well on the Blackstone, but you can use other cuts of beef if you want! Tri-tip, strip steak and ribeye are all great choices.
  • Coleslaw mix – Grab a bag of coleslaw mix
  • Broccoli florets – You can use fresh or frozen broccoli florets to make this Blackstone stir fry.
  • Rice noodles – If you do not have rice noodles, feel free to use another type of noodles that you like in stir fry.
  • Vegetable oil – You’ll need some kind of neutral oil to fry up the noodles, veggies and beef. Vegetable oil is a good high heat oil that will work, but feel free to swap it out if needed!
  • Beef broth – Use a little beef broth to help thin out the sauce and make it more flavorful.
  • Ground ginger – Fresh ground ginger adds bold flavor to this simple and tasty stir fry recipe.
  • Brown sugar – Add a depth of rich sweetness to the stir fry sauce with some brown sugar.
  • Sesame oil – Sesame oil has a very distinct flavor, so I don’t recommend swapping it for another oil.
  • Cornstarch – Thicken the sweet and salty stir fry sauce with a bit of cornstarch.
  • Minced garlic – Add fresh minced garlic to the sauce for extra extra flavor!
  • Reduced sodium soy sauce – Using reduced sodium soy sauce helps keep this dish from becoming too salty and overpowering. You can use coconut aminos for a good substitute too.

How to Store Leftover Blackstone Beef Stir Fry

FRIDGE: Transfer leftovers to an airtight container and store in the fridge for 4-5 days.

FREEZER: Leftovers can also be stored in the freezer for about 3 months. Allow to thaw completely before reheating.

How to Reheat Leftovers

Keep in mind that there may not be as much sauce when you reheat leftovers. You can add a splash of broth if the stir fry is super dry, or whip up extra sauce to add. Reheat on the stove top or Blackstone for best results.
