Ingredients for Blackstone Beef Stir Fry
- Flank steak – Flank steak cooks really well on the Blackstone, but you can use other cuts of beef if you want! Tri-tip, strip steak and ribeye are all great choices.
- Coleslaw mix – Grab a bag of coleslaw mix
- Broccoli florets – You can use fresh or frozen broccoli florets to make this Blackstone stir fry.
- Rice noodles – If you do not have rice noodles, feel free to use another type of noodles that you like in stir fry.
- Vegetable oil – You’ll need some kind of neutral oil to fry up the noodles, veggies and beef. Vegetable oil is a good high heat oil that will work, but feel free to swap it out if needed!
- Beef broth – Use a little beef broth to help thin out the sauce and make it more flavorful.
- Ground ginger – Fresh ground ginger adds bold flavor to this simple and tasty stir fry recipe.
- Brown sugar – Add a depth of rich sweetness to the stir fry sauce with some brown sugar.
- Sesame oil – Sesame oil has a very distinct flavor, so I don’t recommend swapping it for another oil.
- Cornstarch – Thicken the sweet and salty stir fry sauce with a bit of cornstarch.
- Minced garlic – Add fresh minced garlic to the sauce for extra extra flavor!
- Reduced sodium soy sauce – Using reduced sodium soy sauce helps keep this dish from becoming too salty and overpowering. You can use coconut aminos for a good substitute too.
