Make restaurant-style Blackstone Shrimp Fried Rice on your flat-top in about 20 minutes—juicy shrimp, crisp-tender veggies, and fluffy day-old rice tossed with soy and sesame. Perfect for weeknights, camping, or feeding a crowd right off the griddle.

A spoonful of shrimp fried rice with peas, carrots, and green onions held above a bowl.

When you need a quick complete meal on the table, fire up your Blackstone griddle and whip up a mouthwatering shrimp fried rice. We love Chicken Fried Rice and Steak Fried Rice on the Blackstone in our house, but this shrimp version is quickly becoming a favorite. Juicy, tender seasoned shrimp offer so much flavor to this rice dish.

Plus, I don’t know about your kids, but I know mine will always eat carrots and peas, so this dish is a big winner for me, too! Enjoy making shrimp fried rice outside on the Blackstone for maximum flavor and minimal clean up. No more waiting for takeout with this restaurant quality dish, shrimp on the Blackstone is the way to go!

Ingredients For Blackstone Shrimp Fried Rice

  • Vegetable oil – You can also use butter or another light tasting oil on your Blackstone grill to saute the onion, garlic and veggies.
  • Onion – Adds depth of flavor to this dish.
  • Garlic – Enhances the overall flavor of the shrimp fried rice.

  • Soy sauce – Use reduced sodium soy sauce if you have it so you can have better control over how salty your dish is.
  • Green onions – Sliced green onion is the perfect garnish to add a pop of green and mild flavor.
