How to Store Leftover Smoked Spinach Artichoke Dip

Transfer leftover dip out of the baking dish and into an airtight container and allow to cool completely before attaching the lid. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days. You can freeze leftovers if you want, but they don’t usually thaw and reheat well.

Reheat in the oven for best results! But you can also heat it in the microwave for something more quick.

Can I use fresh spinach instead of frozen?

Absolutely! Make sure that you wash the spinach well and then roughly chop it so that it mixes evenly throughout the dip. You should also dry the leaves well with some paper towels to remove excess liquid before adding the spinach to the dip.

Pro Tips for the Best Smoked Spinach Dip

  • Make sure you drain the artichoke hearts really well so that there isn’t too much liquid in the spinach dip.
